Refund Policy

At Daily Kitchens, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality kitchenware and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

2. Refunds

a. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/bank transfer (or original method of payment). Shipment charges will be deducted.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dailykitchens.com.

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Some Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can also replace item if the size of product which you ordered is not meet your desire size i.e “you ordered 7Ltr pressure cooker after receive  product you think it was a mistake it should be 11Ltr” so you send this product on out store. rate of difference will be applied and desire size will be dispatch.(Delivery charges will be bare by buyer).  send us an email at support@dailykitchens.com and send your item to:  Np 14/23, Bhagnari street, Juna market Bartan Gali, karachi.(with good courier + trackable service ) and also contact on our watsapp number 0323-2711011. 

6. Shipping

a. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Np 14/23, Bhagnari street, Juna market Bartan Gali, karachi.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

b. Shipping of Refunds

If you are shipping an expensive item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
